1. One is that when I record my lunch time insulin dose at 12:15, later the time has been changed to match Breakfast at 7:30.

2. Still hate the user interface for recording meds.Hit or Miss if it works properly! I spend more time trying to get the app to record entries.

3. Tired of this.This is a great app, but I wish that it would sync with the LOSEIT app like it does FITBIT and/or keep the food Input, it would save a lot of time.

11. I catch it and change it back, but shouldn't a medical app record things correctly? This error occurs repeatedly over the last several weeks.

1. Fix OneTouch Reveal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OneTouch Reveal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OneTouch Reveal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OneTouch Reveal" » Open OneTouch Reveal® Plus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OneTouch Reveal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OneTouch Reveal® Plus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OneTouch Reveal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OneTouch Reveal® Plus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OneTouch Reveal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OneTouch Reveal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OneTouch Reveal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OneTouch Reveal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OneTouch Reveal not working

2. Fix OneTouch Reveal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OneTouch Reveal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OneTouch Reveal not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OneTouch Reveal may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
