However the process to uninstall the app is definitely confusing.You need to upgrade your app because the way it is now, it is completely useless, when my data is off and i touch the middle clock even without tapping my correct password it opens immediately, but it pains me that i used my data to downloading it, scam app Do Am uninstalling the app immediately.This App is full of ads... It shows ads while I'm not even using this app! before using this app it requires to be enabled as administrator for avoiding accidental uninstalling but when I'm trying to uninstall it it asks to disable app as administrator and when I'm disabling it it is not disable and also crashes setting app... this app is forcibly stucked into my phone i can't uninstall it... DON'T INSTALL THIS VIRUS!!!It is gud... But i wud like a change... Wen using d FAKE VAULT... At d top of d screen... it is written "Fake vault...

2. App auto gets shut down after locking the screen.The app was working perfectly Untill the the update now it opens up as soon as touch it...... it no longer goes through the secret clock password it just opens up the vault without the password...... Now it just uselessI have install this app.

3. please solve this issues otherwise this app is good for hiding photos & videos.Bad I turned off the app deletion safety feature, and it still won't me uninstall it.

1. Fix Vault clock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vault clock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vault clock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vault clock" » Open Vault clock : Photo Video Lock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vault clock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vault clock : Photo Video Lock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vault clock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vault clock : Photo Video Lock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vault clock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vault clock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vault clock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vault clock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vault clock not working

2. Fix Vault clock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vault clock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vault clock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
