Why should I report an Issue with Gallery Plus: Photo Vault?

1. Now i can do Hide,but can't see what was hidden, because after updated this app i lost the showing option on my app.Very good apps.

2. I open the app goto stock gallery and when i go to hide photos/videos it says they are hidden but they are not.

3. Use Simple Gallery instead, it has a much better hiding option and just isn't utter dogshit like this app is.Now not available showing option What was hidden.

4. Two suggestions - please add the ability to rename folders and also view file details (size, file name, path, resolution, date).

1. Fix Gallery Plus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Gallery Plus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Gallery Plus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Gallery Plus" » Open Gallery Plus: Photo Vault » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Gallery Plus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Gallery Plus: Photo Vault app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Gallery Plus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Gallery Plus: Photo Vault" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Gallery Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Gallery Plus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Gallery Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Gallery Plus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Gallery Plus not working

2. Fix Gallery Plus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Gallery Plus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Gallery Plus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Gallery Plus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
