Why should I report an Issue with Video Locker - Hide Videos?

1. This is THE WORST APP.I have been using it for a while and it's the best locker app .. But now I am having an issue with securing my one video of above 3 Gb size .. it doesn't import kindly help with that .. it say 0 of 1 video have been imported every time I try to hide that video .. this is not happening to other smaller aur mid size videos.. is there any size limit ?Best video locker app I've ever found on the internet.

USE THE FREE VERSION ONLY!!The application is easy to use and it hides videos safely such that it can not even show that the application was recently used, exept the videos can not be played while you in the app unless you transfer them back to the origin thats when you can play them....otherwise well done and thanx for the app hoping you will improve it, for now i give you 4stars for rateIt can be an excellent app for hiding and organizing certain types of videos.

3. I forgot the password and evey time I enter wrong password it shows popup that an email with password has been send to recovery email but in vain.

4. I demand you let me access my videos again cos I wont think twice to delete ur app, even though it was once my favourite.App is good but if one forgot the password, it can never be recovered.

5. You know, in case you get caught 😂dont be fooled by the list of included features when you pay for "premium"... I paid the lifetime fee and should have gotten photo locker premium with it.

6. trouble is theres no way to get the premium photo locker installed, it just installs the basic version with ads and locked features.

7. Thanks.It was working fine till I got a report that it couldn't be launched because a file, which I didn't even delete, went missing and that I should reboot my device, which I did, but didn't solve anything.

8. The share option now has the Video Locker on it.

9. Only issue I have is, sharing videos to VL from my gallery never works.

1. Fix Video Locker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Locker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Locker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Locker" » Open Video Locker - Hide Videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Locker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Locker - Hide Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Locker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Locker - Hide Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Locker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Locker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Locker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Locker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Locker not working

2. Fix Video Locker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Locker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Locker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Locker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
