Why should I report an Issue with Calculator - photo vault?

1. I know there's a "locked folder" in the photos app, but I also just love the novelty of this app being disguised as a calculator! 🤣 Edit: I forgot to mention that the calculator works too... Might just use it as my normal calculator as well because I like that you can change the colors.

2. Other than that, I dont have any problems with it, and I havent had any security issues after allowing it file access on my device (some of these reviews are idiotic.

3. Guys, it's a file manager, it NEEDS access to files!)So far, the app has been working perfectly, and just recently I decided to buy the full version.

4. Not worth the risk of losing sensitive data so make sure to backup the files somewhere else and not using this app as the only source for the fileI've been using this for a while now and I've had no issues.

5. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the fact that videos in the default video player (when set to repeat) have a ~0.5 second buffer time as the video is replayed.

6. I haven't found what the limit is but if you're trying to transfer over 75 videos at once, (thats the highest number I've tried) it's going to give you an error code and say there's not enough space so just try a lower number of videos and it'll work.

7. I also cannot seem to find the same photos through the "add button" file browser within the app.

8. Despite that, it's really good.Great app for sensitive files that you want hidden from any curious eyes going through your files.

9. At a loss here... It works if those photos were shot on my device, but if I download them from a shared album, it doesn't work.

10. Once "uploaded", the original file is gone from public view on your device, and you must use your pin to find them.

1. Fix Calculator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Calculator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Calculator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Calculator" » Open Calculator - photo vault » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Calculator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Calculator - photo vault app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Calculator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Calculator - photo vault" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Calculator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Calculator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Calculator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Calculator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Calculator not working

2. Fix Calculator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Calculator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Calculator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Calculator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
