1. This is THE BEST online shopping app, great job lelong team...I tried to buy an item and already saved it in cart... When i tried to proceed the payment... I cannot process the payment section coz of paypal failure... When i tried to use lelong.my payment... There is no further action to proceed the payment too! I had to cancelled my order! So frustrating!! Poor apps 😠😡Web version far better.

What makes me furious is that this item is for occupational health and safety from an LMall !Fast and reliable, UI easy to navigate, app is packed with features especially for us buyers to check sellers reputation and they provide multiple ways to contact them...This is my go to app for online shopping, i buy everything from pc parts ,handheld devices,and even car accessories.

3. I wanted to sell my products and it claimed the Webstore PLUS package provides free 2 years and after that followed by having to pay RM498, but when into the signing up page it asks for payment method for RM498, only, so what happened to the (FREE)? Tq.A fee thing need to improve.

4. A lot more thing need to improve .well i would say lelong.my was my first online shopping experience those past years.. but now theres lazada, shopee and corousel in the air.

5. So the buyer don't need to wait very long for the item to arrived.I give 2 stars because its easy enough to use but has given me the most frustrating online shopping experiance to date.

6. Also you need to make the time period limit for the seller to confirm and shipping the order.

7. Item not in-stock still displayed, I've ordered and wait for long time, when seller claim the money you can't cancel the order through this App, you have to do it through email.

8. And lastly there no way for user to contact support or giving feedback via apps.Hello, how may I delete my account? I can't seem to find the button, only (log out).

9. I think your apps need to do some improvement to easier the buyer and the seller.

10. eg when i search for motorcycle windshield, lelong shows no more than 50 in the list, unlike shopee and lazada which is more things to explore and price to choose.

1. Fix Lelong.my Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lelong.my: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lelong.my App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lelong.my" » Open Lelong.my - Shop and Save » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lelong.my » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lelong.my - Shop and Save app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lelong.my servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lelong.my - Shop and Save" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lelong.my app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lelong.my might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lelong.my. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lelong.my then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lelong.my not working

2. Fix Lelong.my Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lelong.my be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
