1. I've used the app before in past years and it worked great, but I've been trying to download it again for a couple weeks and it only freezes with a spinning loading icon and never did anything.

2. It just doesn't work.Great service while living in California, good service in Michigan.

3. Now, with the new app, I have not been able to log on, even after being on the phone with customer service for almost an hour.

4. AND, thi matter still has not been resolved!Downloaded the app and tried to sign in but it keeps saying invalid email address or password.

5. Just don't stay far away from this app.Great service as far as the concept is concerned and what you're getting for your money.

6. Needs a lot of work in my opinion.This app is a waste of money and the lawyers they contract work thru could careless about the legal shield clients.

7. I closed the app and tried to reopen it then the main screen freezes and the loading icon just keeps spinning.

9. They show up when I need them way better then hiring the last bum I had I don't even get to call when I legal issuesI couldn't get I fo to then fast enough but it seemed to help with documentation.

1. Fix LegalShield Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LegalShield: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LegalShield App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LegalShield" » Open LegalShield » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LegalShield » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LegalShield app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LegalShield servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LegalShield" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LegalShield app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LegalShield might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LegalShield. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LegalShield then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LegalShield not working

2. Fix LegalShield Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LegalShield be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LegalShield not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LegalShield may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
