1. It does make things easier (when it isn't making them harder), but if there was a different prospect app for LegalShield, I'd definitely try that instead.This App is not dependable!!! Just when you need it...it will not work properly!!! I keep having to uninstall and reinstall...not good! It needs improvement! When sending a Video...I click Contacts...select my choice then click Resourse next to events and the page will not upload or open...it's like it is stuck.

2. But if I had a dollar for every time I had to delete and reinstall this thing, I wouldn't have to work my business in the first place.

3. when i try to send a resource to contact it says a error message saying server is having problems connecting .

4. THANK YOU PBLS PSLove the app and all it can do, but it has been glitching out a lot for the past month or two, and the only fix I have found is to uninstall and reinstall.

5. I have reached out to Legalshield tech support and they have no idea why the app is not working on my phone.

6. It would be great if there was a list of reminders, sorted by date (like a to-do list) accessible from the sidebar menu.

8. But like many other people on here it has times over the last few months when it doesn't work at all the way ots supposed to.

9. But for follow up reminders for 3 to 6 months, or even 1 year old contacts, it is not practical.

10. "We cannot recreate this error internally" is about the extent of the tech support I've even gotten.

1. Fix Prospect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Prospect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Prospect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Prospect" » Open Prospect by LegalShield » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Prospect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Prospect by LegalShield app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Prospect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Prospect by LegalShield" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Prospect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Prospect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Prospect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Prospect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Prospect not working

2. Fix Prospect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Prospect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Prospect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Prospect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
