1. Who's idea was it to make the app bright white? It's pretty harsh on the eyes at bedtime, please consider a dark mode update along with general quality of life improvements, thanks.App is very buggy and Devices don't work 40 percent of the time.

The app is unable to let you choose colours and patterns which coupled with the lack of response to my question has made me take this from 5 to 2 stars.Excellent and great compatibility with Google Home! Word to the wise, avoid the "LE LampUX" models, they are a poor comparison to the "LE Smart WiFi" models.

3. Persevere, it's worth it in the end.Please start updating this app, has issues with buttons not registering touches sometimes and there should be a dark mode for this app too! A nice pitch black OLED theme would be appreciated especially for when I'm dimming the lights at night.

4. That doesn't sound like much, but how many seconds does it take you to flip a light switch? Probably a lot less.What's up with the different names for this product? I can't get the location to work because when you go to the map screen, it's blank.

5. They always have trouble and disconnect randomly..save a hassle and a headache, go by kasa/TP link stuff...it ALWAYS works.I used the onboard support request 3 months ago and I've still had no response.

6. It comes on and resumes the last color it was on.cant get it to connected as it keeps saying it timed out everytime it gets to 100%.

7. You have to mash your tap-to-run buttons multiple times for them to register, so simple functions like turning on or off the lights can take 20+ seconds.

8. But the company is horrible and their products are also terrible.Had lots of trouble getting this app to work.

    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LE WiFi Smart/LE Smart Pro" » Open LE WiFi Smart/LE Smart Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LE WiFi Smart/LE Smart Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LE WiFi Smart/LE Smart Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LE WiFi Smart/LE Smart Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LE WiFi Smart/LE Smart Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LE WiFi Smart/LE Smart Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LE WiFi Smart/LE Smart Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LE WiFi Smart/LE Smart Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LE WiFi Smart/LE Smart Pro then reinstall.
