1. RN in the ER I love this!!!! I would like to have an option to add notes on events already added to the log, for example: event: endotracheal intubation shows on the log, would be nice to have a "+" toggle on the right to quickly add notes such as size and placement etc Or the ability to manually enter in cascading options to events Overall love it! Would have used it today if I had it, but was stuck with paper on a John Doe pt who dropped at the front door, next time!Overall a great app & my go to for codes.

2. 3) Have a ability to add notes during the code such as depth of tubes Again, overall a great app that is very user friendly.The metronome doesn't work.. If it's not fixed I'll ask a refund.

3. If my phone is on vibrate, the metronome won't work (even if the volume is up...e.g., ordinarily I can listen to music with my volume up but my phone on vibrate, but the app requires my ringer to be fully on with the volume up in order to play the metronome).More than worth the small fee.

4. Please make a watch version! I've used this app for several codes now and it is so great to have a running timer of compression time, time since last epi, time since last shock, and total.code time.

5. I even tried to install it on my tablet too, to see if the problem was my phone but it's the same.Great app! For some reason, my phone ringer has to be on in order for the metronome to be audible.

6. I checked my phone sound settings and permissions, everything is enabled but still nothing happens when I start the metronome.

7. Looking forward to seeing the suggested improvements in the next update.Great App! Love this app ur would like to see the ability to add notes, such as ETT.

1. Fix Code Blue Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Code Blue Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Code Blue Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Code Blue Pro" » Open Code Blue Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Code Blue Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Code Blue Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Code Blue Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Code Blue Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Code Blue Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Code Blue Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Code Blue Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Code Blue Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Code Blue Pro not working


2. Fix Code Blue Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Code Blue Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Code Blue Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Code Blue Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
