Why should I report an Issue with Red – Dark Filters?

Like we can even watch ads to unlock then as the ones locked are quite good.I'm sorry I didn't update the rating after hearing back from you so sorry here ya go as ur app friggin rocks btw it's the only one I ever paid for on here not for lack of using tons of photo editing apps either but this has some cool features they don't bunch of crazy cool far out color options & graphic placements u can ad really like how it isnt like the rest on here.

2. It completely breaks the app for my purposes and I am a lifetime purchaser of Red and Neon.Really unique filters w/ lots of color and layering options.

1. Fix Red Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Red: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Red App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Red" » Open Red – Dark Filters » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Red » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Red – Dark Filters app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Red servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Red – Dark Filters" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Red app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Red might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Red. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Red then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Red not working

2. Fix Red Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Red be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Red not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Red may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
