Why should I report an Issue with UOKA - Textured Life Camera?

1. If not, the camera will delay! But other than that, I'm happy with this appSome may find it interesting for its filters...TRUE!! But I still find it rather basic in the only sense that it does not provide insta borders and smart blur to EDIT pics but only in LIVE camera.

3. I rebooted and my phone spoke at reboot for the first time but with a robotic voice I never heard.I used to love this app to edit my pictures, unfortunately I have to uninstall as none of the filters can be use anymore.

4. :)One of the bestest apps ❤ I used almost 80% of photography apps and I can tell that this is one of the best apps I've seen so far, especially the quality of pictures! The little thing that I didn't like is that it requires WiFi to use the filters even if they are downloaded already but it's fine.

5. All I get is a message that says "abnormal network."The pictures are so high quality! The field blur is pretty good and the filters are so cute.

6. Please add more features & filters and make it awesome ❤I love this app! I have a Samsung Galaxy and usually their cameras often refocus or dont focus on certain things, or come off fuzzy.

1. Fix UOKA Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart UOKA: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the UOKA App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "UOKA" » Open UOKA - Textured Life Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for UOKA » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear UOKA - Textured Life Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from UOKA servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "UOKA - Textured Life Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check UOKA app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, UOKA might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall UOKA. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall UOKA then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing UOKA not working

2. Fix UOKA Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make UOKA be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to UOKA not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, UOKA may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
