1. in mode 2 however it transmits an I can c the AP can connect and c video from camera but then I have no internet on phone..hence it doesn't connect to my router like it's shown on video n manual..mutual switches and scene switches are not appearing in the new app!! please solve this issue ** dear; before developping the super mutual there was normal mutual switches( i have more then 5) and its a big problem they arent appearing!!! ***'same for the scene switch ; its not appearing!!!Terrible App - Alexa only recognizes one switch out of 13 that I have.

Would like to see IFTTT support in the future to allow the switches to integrate with other smart home devices to allow uses.Timer does not work with the boiler switch (the boiler switch works, but when I set the timer it doesn't start on the time I set.) few months after I left that review, the timer still don't work.

3. Cannot setup timer schedules...what has happenedIm facing problem to control the curtain switches from "Alexa"!! before i used to command them"turn on/turn off".

4. What happened?brought an ipcamera and downloaded app.. in mode 1 the app will not sync to phone as seen on video.. after I put in my ssid and pass.w as seen on video..and will not find camera automatically.. still trying to solve issue.. with company.

5. Also, its not compatible with Smart Life App which makes it frustrating to automate! Kill the app and get compatible with Smart Life for better customer experienceI lost functionality of the boiler switch.

6. Switches are installed correctly, pop them into pairing mode, hit search aaaand.....NOTHING. The pairing process is cumbersome, unreliable and horrible to do.

7. Hv an issue with 2 switches which simply wont work together in the same network.

8. It's such a shame because the switches look so good!Ordered a number of switches for whole house.

9. 3 switches and I was only able to pair one of them (after about 15 goes).

10. I can now only switch on and off remotely but cannot access switch parameters.

11. Everytime i refresh it keeps on saying please connect network and check but my network is totally fine.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Smart Living Issues

1. Fix Smart Living Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Smart Living: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Smart Living App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Living" » Open Smart Living » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Living » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Smart Living app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Living servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Living" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Smart Living app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Living might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Living. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Living then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Living not working


2. Fix Smart Living Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Living be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Living not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Living may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
