I now use the Map Marker app which is free and allows you to easily rename saved places and it has other advantages.It is useful...The widget makes it better, Lot of people doesn't know where they are standing at, I need it without the ads updating review Thanks now it has no ads I bought it but it doesn't work 100% efficient it doesn't update frequently it failsQuite an attractive app that seems to work pretty well.

3. Instead you started opening first a bunch of sales pitch stuff that is so confusing one does not know how to close it to see road map layout I wont be using this app anymore.

4. Second, you cannot rename the saved places which is a BIG drawback if you are traveling or if you have a lot of saved places.

5. It gve correct locations, which is the most important function!When I go into my timeline timeline is always so messed up it's ridiculous.

1. Fix My Location Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Location: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Location App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Location" » Open My Location: Travel Maps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Location » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Location: Travel Maps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Location servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Location: Travel Maps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Location app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Location might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Location. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Location then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Location not working

2. Fix My Location Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Location be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Location not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Location may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
