1. I can't count the number of times that I've downloaded a whole bunch of podcasts to listen to at work where I don't have wifi, and when I get there--surprise! Despite then fact that the app had shown the files downloaded, they're mysteriously just not downloaded anymore.

2. It is not paused or buffering it's just stopped and I have to hit play againIt used to be a really great app but in the last 4 weeks it had constantly closed without holding place in the podcast, it skips back, freezes often.

3. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling (but then have to resubscribe to all podcasts) Shame because I've used it for years and it used to be great!I really love this app however, ever since getting my Google Pixel it is constantly foreclosing on me.

1. Fix Podcasts Player and tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Podcasts Player and tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Podcasts Player and tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Podcasts Player and tracker" » Open Podcasts Player and tracker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Podcasts Player and tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Podcasts Player and tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Podcasts Player and tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Podcasts Player and tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Podcasts Player and tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Podcasts Player and tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Podcasts Player and tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Podcasts Player and tracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Podcasts Player and tracker not working
