Chord Tracker Customer Insights

1. Chords are generally accurate, also fairly accurate in determining sections in songs, but the best thing about this app is that you can swap a chord for up to 2 other suggested chords, or just define a custom chord of your own! There are minor kinks, like chords analysis restarts when you switch apps, having to re-analyze songs after a device restart & proper support for Android 12+The app is great for me, It's a good on-the-go listening and learning app if you're running out of time... My only hope for this app is that, there should be a manual refresh of the song list.

2. Not to mention, I'm guessing the app could only play and track song files with specific audio bitrate, which is not indicated by the app.Ok for basic chords, but doesn't detect anything other than straight major and minor chords.

3. But then I have one band that only shows one album, but if I search the remaining music shows up.Being able to get the chords for any song recording, a jam session, even a live performance, is a God send.

4. This was really a great tool for someone who isn't all that great figuring out chords to a song beyond a three chord song.

5. It appears the song has to be saved on your phone but downloaded Spotify songs aren't available in the app.

6. An indicator in the built-in player shows you when to change chords, while simultaneously showing the tablature.

7. Good stuff.Wish you could get chords directly from Spotify.

8. Can be extremely helpful to dissect chord arrangements in a song on the fly.

9. Don't expect this app to hold your hand for you in learning how to play a song.

10. But over the last 6 months of use it kept losing my stored favorites and now I can't even browse for my own music files so it's basically useless.

11. I was going to give it one less star as it is a "bit picky" with the audio input format, but could not bring myself to as (with everything) there is room for improvement... I have subscribed to some services that are a bit hit and miss, but this is by far the best.
