Why should I report an Issue with Anghami: Play music & Podcasts?

DisappointedFrom good to bad 👎... anghami started excellent and has a lot of songs and a little number of songs dont offered in it but i dont care and i was happy ... then they remove the most important property which is recognize the song that you hear through thw mic and they haven't fix it till now and increased the price of their subscription 🤔 for what ??! For removing benefits!!The login system is the worst system I've ever seen.

The first issue I've got is that the music selection is very limited in my area (USA) like I listen to a lot of world music especially Turkish and Greek Music , but whenever I search for a song it says its not unavailable like why would I subscribe to this app if the selection is very limited!! The user interface wasn't good, too, compared to Spotify.

3. Moreover, after the new decision of just offering literal samples of songs (literally 30 seconds of each song) in spite of my subscription ''due to the economic situation'', I have reached the limit.

4. When music selection widens, I'll be back, but for now, I'll stick with spotify.the app is really smooth and amazing.

5. At some point you cannot choose your own music and the app will keep randomly loading songs for you.

6. However, I was disappointed to find that I could only listen to 30-second previews of songs, even though I was paying for a subscription.

7. The settings adjustment that's supposed to make the music stop stopping randomly doesn't work.

8. This is my last subscription I'm switching to Spotify lol.The app has tons of bugs.

9. Otherwise great app and pricing.Anghami Plus Subscription through Touch App is a Rip-Off! I recently subscribed to Anghami Plus through the Touch app, as I always do.

10. The phone app starts cross fading 5 seconds before the next song which ruins the whole experience.

11. The problems that I am facing is that the repeat button needs to be manually turned on every time you switch to a new song.

1. Fix Anghami Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Anghami: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Anghami App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Anghami" » Open Anghami: Play music & Podcasts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Anghami » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Anghami: Play music & Podcasts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Anghami servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Anghami: Play music & Podcasts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Anghami app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Anghami might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Anghami. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Anghami then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Anghami not working

2. Fix Anghami Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Anghami be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Anghami not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Anghami may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
