Hungama Customer Insights
1. I bought one year GOLD plan of hungama but it sucks.. internet goes disconnect again and again while playing online songs in background.. internet disconnected when we watch videos... wrost app ever Developers of this app are dumb and foolish because they are not able to imporove stability of this app.... it stop automaticaly playing music in background after 2 or 3 minutes.... i wasted my money to buy subscription... hate itI have been facing a persistent issue with the Hungama app where my coin count has been stuck at 83250 for the past month.
2. Additionally, I have also reached out via email but have not received a resolution to this problem.Too much buggy app....no match to other music streaming apps.....not worth of gold membership To start with... No continuous songs if network is slow it will not stream at all.
3. Sometimes, it stops playing sound for the running podcast or music.Third class app.
4. As compared to other apps, It gets lots of time to search and play the music even on a better network.
5. If you want to search perticular song then may God help you even SBI is quicker than hungamas search engine No new song recommendationsI subscribed through the website for 1 month, but the amount was deducted for 12 months.
6. I am pretty much wasting the subscription because of app crashing all the time.Please improve your app user interface, it is very slow and get stuck atleast 5 times a week and more than it.
7. Never downloading it again.App keeps crashing especially when playing music through Car via Bluetooth.
8. It also messes up with the notification bar music player as there isn't an option to change to a next song this can be only done through the app.
9. It also takes forever to load/play music doesn't matter if I am using wifi or phone service.
10. Most times song isn't playing, when i turn on play button it automatically paused.
11. Although it consuming speed so fast, but song isn't playing.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Hungama Issues
1. Fix Hungama Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Hungama: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Hungama App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hungama" » Open Hungama: Movies Music Podcasts » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hungama » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Hungama: Movies Music Podcasts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hungama servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hungama: Movies Music Podcasts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Hungama app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hungama might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Hungama. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hungama then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hungama not working
2. Fix Hungama Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hungama be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hungama not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hungama may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
