Google Podcasts Customer Insights

1. As in: podcast A, B, C, and D are loaded in queue, after A finishes playing, B will show that it is playing but it's just the audio from podcast A again, and this will repeat through podcast C and D.Has historically been great, but lately I'm having an issue where playback will randomly jump back several seconds or even several minutes, and sometimes it will then cut off the last few minutes entirely.

2. I can listen while my phone is locked, and easily access the controls from the lock screen, which means the app uses hardly any battery and it will play in the background if I want to do other things wI like it when it works.

3. DO NOT invest your time with this if you listen to a lot of podcasts offline.Simply put, the app will just stop playing a file and soft-exit itself.

4. Need to restart my phone.Update I still love the app.,and I would love to see an eaiser way to search for new podcasts.

5. If not for this I would give it 4 or 5 stars easily.took some getting used to but I like it now 👍 I listen to podcasts a majority of the time in the car.

6. Furthermore, many times even when online, the same podcast audio will play for multiple different selections.

7. About 1/3 of downloaded podcasts will not play when offline and will try to load from the internet before saying they must be downloaded.

8. It's okay, but there's a glitch where it will often skip forward or backwards, often by a significant amount, and it can cause large portions of the podcast to be cut out entirely unless I take my phone out to re-buffer it.

9. I would also add they should have a way to rate podcast you listen to.Will give more starts once the problem is fixed.

10. Other shows i listen to have no problem updating now episodes, but certain ones do, and i dont know whyI've used the app for several years.

11. One thing I've noticed later is while listening to a podcast and the phone is on the sleep mode I can no longer pause, fast forward or back up what I'm listening to.
