3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I had to subscribe to the same podcasts over and over in order to get them on my list of subscribed to get notified when new episodes are posted.This is good but it is lack of delete or cancel option from download queueing.

2. It takes a long time to load even on my wifi network.Only had it for a few day but very easy to use and has a great selection of podcastsUnable to determine download time of podcast or set download time.

3. I have not figured out how to turn of the podcast after it is over.Podcasts are good and very informative,But the app is too slow.

4. Download was draining my battery and can't stop or cancel those downloading files.

5. Alarm doesn't allow a specific podcast to be playedThis app is the best.... Highly recommend.

1. Fix Podcasts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Podcasts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Podcasts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Podcasts" » Open Podcasts by myTuner - Podcast » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Podcasts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Podcasts by myTuner - Podcast app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Podcasts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Podcasts by myTuner - Podcast " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Podcasts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Podcasts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Podcasts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Podcasts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Podcasts not working

2. Fix Podcasts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Podcasts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Podcasts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Podcasts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
