1. To scan you have to rotate to landscape, this is very inconvenient when trying to use the phone in portrait mode.Have it on both phones use to work great, but then at the same time it quit working on both phones and nobody at Johnstone seems to care.

2. This app will give you more headaches than it will help you out so just pick up the phone or go in person! The only recommendation I have for this app is that you REMOVE IT COMPLETELY!Has not worked for me yet, keeps saying invalid username and password.

3. An example; when parts are added to your cart it doest show that, in fact it doesnt show a cart untip you back up.

4. Regular site works fine.New phone software can't load account.

5. Basically I was told I am on my own.This app only works properly on APPLE IOS if you have an android dont waste your time.
