1. Why insist on using a proprietary inventory system when dealing with wholesale items? Why can't I search by a part number for an item I just purchased from you yesterday?app is a little slow at times other then that it's an amazing app rather then having a list now when I'm like oh I need more drawer rails I get on the app and put whatever I need in my cart thanks hd for a good app.Poor status of shipping fate.want to cancel no indication where to submit Also contact is section always states error.

Settings should save filter preferencesApp is constantly freezing, not updating the cart info, not listing available parts with any sort of information that makes sense.
3. Problem 1) start the app, go to cart, cart says I need to sign in, sign in, app page says I'm signed in and it shows my name and account number and rep, but go back to cart (icon shows # of items) and it says I need to sign in.
4. If I just closed it by any other means, the next time I logged in I experienced freezes at cart, looking at an item from a search list - pretty much anything.
5. Search for items and it brings up a nice list of the items but when clicking on the item for a better description it just brings you to advertising pages every single time.
6. But as a apartment maintenance manager this app is a amazing tool for inventory (when it's not removing items from my cart) Please fix these bugs and you have a 5 star app.If i could give zero stars I would.

8. I have to second this is the worst app ever! App will not let you bring up a product page so you can look at the description or even add it to your cart to purchase.
9. i have cleared cache and memory, reinstalled multiple times, but still does not work.For some of the "freeze issues" reported here I found one fix for my "frozen" HD App.
10. Completely worthless!Edit-they finally fixed it, i am able to open the app and browse catalog now...but there are two icons for it? Yes i uninstalled it and reinstalled, yet two identical icons came back.
11. On a lark, I added a box of gloves to my cart...then it won't let you view the cart.
