Why should I report an Issue with MOLDIV - Photo Editor, Collage?

1. What good is adding new features and/or fonts to it when you can't use the app properly as it keeps crashing and freezing.Desperately wanted to give 5 stars but... As a new customer, there's a great offer to get the mags.

2. *You can add text for some reason (Just to put by photos, spoiling the look)but surely most people would want to edit the headlines??? So that's disappointing.

7. I would not recommend downloading this as many others have commented on the same problem with the app crashing and the developers don't seem to care at all to fix this, but instead just add new features.

1. Fix MOLDIV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MOLDIV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MOLDIV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MOLDIV" » Open MOLDIV - Photo Editor, Collage » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MOLDIV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MOLDIV - Photo Editor, Collage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MOLDIV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MOLDIV - Photo Editor, Collage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MOLDIV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MOLDIV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MOLDIV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MOLDIV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MOLDIV not working

2. Fix MOLDIV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MOLDIV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MOLDIV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MOLDIV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
