Carrier 360 Customer Insights

1. Thank you for your hard work!App freezes A LOT, and has to be force closed, I dislike how when you look at the details on a load, you go back down to the bottom of the load list, instead of staying where you were in the list.

2. It doesn't have any smart features in regards to when you type a city to give you suggestions for the one closest to you rather gives you suggestions from 5000 miles away.

3. Would be nice to see deadhead miles, also when I click on a load details and I go back to my results it takes me back to the top of my results instead of the spot where is was.

4. You can hit the button to book the load, then decide to get ready to go back and check something out again before booking, and before hitting accept, the load books it on it's own.

5. Every so many loads, after booking, the load doesn't show until you log off and back on.

6. You do a load search, it resets every time after you submit an offer and you have to do a new search again.

7. There are a few other minor details, but the freezing is the worst part, then the list issue.

8. Great app! Easy to navigate and find/book loads.

9. After the latest update, I'm can gladly say I've had two great experiences using the app.

10. We can't assign a driver 95% if the time and have trouble uploading documents.

11. I drive van so it never remembers next time I search it would be van.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Carrier 360 Issues

1. Fix Carrier 360 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Carrier 360: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Carrier 360 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Carrier 360" » Open Carrier 360 by J.B. Hunt » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Carrier 360 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Carrier 360 by J.B. Hunt app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Carrier 360 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Carrier 360 by J.B. Hunt" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Carrier 360 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Carrier 360 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Carrier 360. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Carrier 360 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Carrier 360 not working


2. Fix Carrier 360 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Carrier 360 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Carrier 360 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Carrier 360 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Before I enrolled in 360 I could go onto my safety tab off JB Hunt site and do my safety meetings which are required. Now that I connected thru 360 I am unable to see my safety lessons. I want to delete the 360 and go back to just the basic website. I have a very old computer and it will not let me connect to this program
