Why should I report an Issue with IPC360 Home?

1. Would not recommend at all.I truly enjoy the app but I am seeing few bugs: 1.- the time is off and I don't have a way to change it 2.-is there any way to fast forward so that I can see what happend in the last hour without needing to sit down for an hour watching the video? 3.- when I am select to playback a certain time, it does not play the time I selected but one hour after what I selected.

2. Each time you plug in the camera it should save the direction you previously had it in for 360° models (could be a setting to save that direction) sometimes when power goes out it will turn on and be in the wrong direction.

3. Audio on video playback in the app, from camera mounted SD card, is warbled.

4. Usually it takes me 3 or 4 times going into camera before a picture from Each camera shows.Pre patch there were a lot of things with the app that just didn't work well.

5. But might have to cancel it if it doesn't tell me when someone's in the yardThank you for the update!!! This is huge improvements! I really like the buttons to move the camera instead of swiping.

6. The only way to hear the audio is to record the video to my phone during playback in the app, then play that video in my phone's media player.

7. One of the bad thing is there is no exit button, in other words you cannot quit the program directly by just backing out twice like you can with most camera viewing Programs.

8. When you have it fullscreen if you tap the screen you should be able to use the talk feature, volume on/off, picture, and video.

9. The app seems to work well, except for I don't know how the thumbnail pictures are chosen for each camera, there's no obvious spot that indicates worthies are coming from.

10. I noticed that instead of selecting with the red line, I am selecting with the far right side of my screen.Pretty nice app, a few things I'd like to see added and changed.

1. Fix IPC360 Home Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart IPC360 Home: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the IPC360 Home App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "IPC360 Home" » Open IPC360 Home » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for IPC360 Home » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear IPC360 Home app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from IPC360 Home servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "IPC360 Home" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check IPC360 Home app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, IPC360 Home might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall IPC360 Home. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall IPC360 Home then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing IPC360 Home not working

2. Fix IPC360 Home Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make IPC360 Home be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to IPC360 Home not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, IPC360 Home may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
