1. lags so that half the time it's faster to click a camera, click back and then click it again to get it to go.Giving 4 stars because the app is great but the bar at the bottom of the screen saying "cellular data applies" is really annoying.
2. The app continually tries to get me to buy the cloud storage and I think Yi makes the camera not work because I don't have the cloud services.The latest update keeps crashing.
3. I'm going to have to switch because it has gotten annoying and ridiculous..I thought updating the cameras would work but of course it didn't..I just wasted more moneyLatest version very buggy.
4. When using your phone it's quite frustrating trying to hit that tiny X just so you can see the entire image.App is extremely buggy and it takes forever for connection to the cameras to load.
5. It disappeared 😕Had to reset my cameras and add them due to upgrades to our home wi-fi router and now it says our camera are paired and ready for use to hit continue but when I hit continue it only blinks and nothing happens.
6. Been a customer since 2017.UPDATE! After nearly 2 months I can use it again! Support goes thru email, & takes DAYS, asking 1 or 2 questions/time.
7. Used to work fine before the latest update.The cameras are fine and the app works but is very annoying.
8. they are constantly pushing their pay services and there is a time tracking bar that blocks part of your viewing screen that has no way to turn off.
9. Wifi speeds are 400mb and it still takes forever to connect or the camera connection regularly fails.
10. Then when I tried going back to the live feed and switching the times to the time that my daugther was a wake and I know this for sure.
11. This was an occasional problem before, but now it is a chronic problem and happens consistently.This is my second time getting this system.
