1. also the newer features of volume control, status lights, or day/night mode are great! It could only improve by allowing video to play on more than 1 camera at a time or by providing motion video playback without paying for the cloud account.

2. Products unreliable and difficult to set up Does not seem to work with Google Nest or other mesh multi band units.

3. Also the cloud payment is per device, not the entire account which sucks when you have more than 1 camera.I bought an outdoor camera from Netview back in the summer.

4. Now I have to replace my entire camera system, because this one is basically useless and expensive.I love the cameras and the app is decent.

5. The motion data I used to get for free costs money now unless you only want 3 pictures of the entire motion event.

6. So I pay for it, but I only get a clip of the motion event, but the entire thing isn't recorded and it doesn't pick up any motions after that 10sec recording.

7. The app is fully functional again and working well! App worked flawless for a long time and since the middle of February I cannot get anything to work.

8. UPDATE: Until the Wi-Fi units are made compatible with up-to-date technologies, their usefulness is limited and subject to competition from up-to-date products.

9. Do not spend your money, the aggravation is not worth it.EDIT: Thank you for providing prompt support with this app.

10. A few cute videos have emerged, but they are few and far between.App has been buggy the past few months but yesterday it quit working all together.

11. I guess this is why you spend the money on higher end electronicOn the plus side, the cameras are pretty clear.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Netvue Issues

1. Fix Netvue Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Netvue: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Netvue App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Netvue" » Open Netvue - In Sight In Mind » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Netvue » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Netvue - In Sight In Mind app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Netvue servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Netvue - In Sight In Mind" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Netvue app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Netvue might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Netvue. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Netvue then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Netvue not working


2. Fix Netvue Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Netvue be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Netvue not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Netvue may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
