1. Being at home does not guarantee that something may not happen in your surrounding that may be worth having it in record.Great cameras! App controlled with 2-way communication, high HD quality, siren, spotlight, motion detection, notification settings, and a free basic recording plan that is included.
2. I saw some say the alarm was too loud, I disagree, havent scared the kids once.Great camera for the price! A few things I would change if I could... It still goes off if branches or leaves move near it.
3. Only a "pinch & zoom" not an actual zoom capability but it's enough.This app is similar to all the other streaming/recording camera apps, the problem is it just doesn't work most the time.

There is no toggle to tell the app you are at home and to chill out like every other security camera app has You have to go into every individual camera and turn off the notifications individually and then hope you remember to turn them back on when you need themActually this company did a pretty good job.
5. affordable, super easy to set up, lot of battery life, the motion detector goes off a good amount and battery icon doesnt look like its budged.
6. Returning them immediately and wouldn't recommend to anyone.Why doesn't it have a continuous recording option and alert at motion? Everyone else's does.
7. It has pretty good quality and battery life etc but if it only records 10 seconds of a bird going by then it didn't capture the person who followed it.
8. For the Karens or Kens who complain about the constant motion detection, I mean, really? the camera is just doing its job.
9. The app gives you a lot of settings to adjust to your liking but it isn't confusing or complicated and if you don't want to mess with anything it will still work right out of the box once paired with a camera.
10. The current App does record full-time, but the notification clips will set at only 10 or 15 seconds, but not to 20 seconds, even though that option is available.
11. I wish I could change the notification sound so that it doesn't sound like every other notification on my phone.
The camera goes offline around dusk and comes back on in the morning. Please help me

Subscription cancellation request
We have enrolled for Smart Push. Do we need to enroll for each camera? We have 6. It seems like the push works sometimes and sometimes not. For example - limbs blowing will trigger an alert when we have it set for people and vehicles. Is there a customer service help line or a website with detailed instructions?
I have a question regarding the subscription service. I'm trying to access past recordings but they've all disappeared.
