1. After getting this application setup everything works great, I'm controlling 13 AC units of 12k BTU and planning to add more, if you have spectrum WiFi or some other system that doesn't allow 2.4gz, you are betters off using the hot spot of another phone to keep adding more units, don't use a phone with the latest firmware in some cases may be a problem, sometimes if you are having problems is good to uninstall the the application and rebooting phone will help.

Plz fix itThe app was good and was working last year, but i dont know what happened, the app got updates, and now i cant connect to my wifi, i entered my wifi network and password correctly, but the app gets stuck there, it keeps sending me to my phone's available networks (i dont know how it is called) and the app doesn't let me connect to my wifi.

5. Terrible user experience, don't recommend.Last year this worked but after updating it I am not able to get through the wifi connection page.

6. When I try to add my AC I can't get through 'wifi credentials page' cause I'm getting prompted to make sure that I'm connected to the network- but in fact I am (2.4Ghz one to be clear).

1. Fix AC Freedom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AC Freedom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AC Freedom App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AC Freedom" » Open AC Freedom » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AC Freedom » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AC Freedom app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AC Freedom servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AC Freedom" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AC Freedom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AC Freedom might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AC Freedom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AC Freedom then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AC Freedom not working

2. Fix AC Freedom Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AC Freedom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AC Freedom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AC Freedom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
