Language Lab Customer Insights

1. I'm very disappointed, as I'm taking a class with the text and really needed/wanted the support of hearing the dialogues and exercises read aloud, as well as the flashcards.App opens right up, select language, found the book I was using and cranked away on the flash cards.

2. Going back and forth in a chunky book is a pain. It's a fine app, works with a few books I own which is great, however, I've noticed a few grammatical errors or recordings that aren't the correct sentence.

3. My main suggestion would be to add a "shuffle" feature so the cards dont always go in the same order. This app no longer works and doesn't seem to be supported, which seems like false advertising, based on the number of books I've bought that touted the app.

4. My emails to the developer get returned undelivered.TERRIBLE. Ugly, dated, cumbersome UI—it's a very basic skin for a very basic database of audio and flashcards, and it's a chore to use.

5. I recommend creating your own flashcards with Anki or similar.I have an ebook so it's much cooler i suppose than working with a large pnysical text.

6. In the (self) audio section alone for Complete Italian Grammar, there are 1156 exercises! And that's not including the flashcards section.

7. Please contact me if you want help sorting out the errors I've found! (Samsung Galaxy S8 here)This app is advertised on McGraw Hill Education books, but is not run by them.

8. Learning a more "unique" language? This most likely does not contain it.I installed this app seemingly successfully, then tried for days to open it (also uninstalling and reinstalling several times).

9. Even though it is on my Basic Latin book, it does not contain any Latin.

10. I recommend doing each unit, and repeating it.It's nice to have additional resources above and beyond just what the book provides.

11. It lacks any level of customization, it doesn't even track what books you might be using so that you can go back where you were previously.
