Must Know Customer Insights

1. The app loads and works for me, I guess my 4 year old phone is the correct device and with the correct settings because everyone else says that the app doesn't work for them! It's very basic, it doesn't tell you if you were wrong or right, you select a chapter from the book and you're presented with a problem from that chapter and you can select a green check mark, a question mark or a red X, it just shows you the problem and that's it.

2. My problems are similar to those in other reviews, the screen is yellow, and when I tap the pale blue button on top, it leads me to another blank yellow screen.Does not work.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Must Know Issues

1. Fix Must Know Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Must Know: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Must Know App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Must Know" » Open Must Know » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Must Know » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Must Know app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Must Know servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Must Know" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Must Know app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Must Know might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Must Know. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Must Know then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Must Know not working


2. Fix Must Know Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Must Know be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Must Know not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Must Know may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
