1. I'm glad that I didn't trust the current balance that the app gave me, which could have sent me into collections.As many have written, there is no option for taking a pic of the bill as the paper statement claims.
2. The payment I made never went to the company I owed and selected from the app which caused my bill to go into collections (frustrated because this goes on my credit report).
3. I sent all of the information and proof of payment to try and get this issue rectified.App showed the bill but also told me I had a balance of $0.
4. Someone in management, a company using this company for billing...there is a SERIOUS ISSUE HERE! This App does not work!Poorly coded and poorly designed.
5. They ignore the 50 limit even though payment plan was 22 a month and charge me the full 600 owed without ANY AUTHORIZATION.App does not work.
6. Contact them over this issue and ask to have a payee removed months ago and it's still not fixed.This app sucks! If your provider requires it get a new provider.
7. Do they want people to be unable to pay them? Their perfunctory efforts with this digital tragedy indicate that they do not.As many have stated before me, I too receive a "No internet" error message.
8. And yet, despite so many posting they are having this issue, technical support has not seemed to think it prudent to post a message as to how we can resolve this issue.
9. Is it not mobile phone enabled? Scan statement didn't work.
10. Unable to setup payments because of this issue and now it won't even allow me to manually pay.
11. At least that works.It would be nice to see the balance of a bill if it's not paid in full.
