1. That is not fair to us drivers that sometimes drive 30 mins just to shop items for them.Trash. I went through the entire sign up possess, gave the app every premission available, and it still says that my application is incomplete.

2. I really wanted to start working, and this is hindering me from doing so! As far as your response, it's not a delivery issue! Not taking the time to read anything written.The app crashes multiple times a day.

3. They took away the 'Best time to Shop' feature!!! I used this all the feature ALL OF THE TIME! Edit again: app still freezes and I have to reboot phone sometimes.

4. Everytime I click complete application it freezes and takes me back to the same screen that just says application incomplete.

5. Stop changing pin numbers with every batch, and a lot of the checkout issues will go away.I really love using Instacart.

6. When shopping at a store that you have to scan the QR code, sometimes the scan option won't appear and it takes FOREVER to go back to the dashboard to refresh the app.

7. There have been times that I delivered the items to the wrong place from using the navigation part of the app.

8. Please don't even get me started on the fact that even as a 5 star shopper, you barely see batches while others with lower ratings, sitting right next to you have orders all day on their screen! Ugh!😡A good app.

9. Unable to scan back of drivers license, no help option or contact option and won't let me go back.

10. Keeps crashing during item scan, or it freezes and I have to close app and reopen the app.

1. Fix Instacart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Instacart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Instacart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Instacart" » Open Instacart: Earn money to shop » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Instacart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Instacart: Earn money to shop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Instacart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Instacart: Earn money to shop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Instacart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Instacart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Instacart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Instacart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Instacart not working

2. Fix Instacart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Instacart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Instacart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Instacart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
