1. I sent a screen print, and it still isn't working.Tried to print a coupon per instructions (after having to request help which got me instructions to print from website) and paper came out blank.

2. I am taking the pictures clearly and correctly, I circled the items correctly as requested, and I circled the date and time correctly as requested, but they keep kicking it back to resubmit the receipts stating they cant identify the items or the date and time.

3. If the coupon and receipt work, then it's easy.HORRIBLE!!!! The first 2 receipts I submitted, I got cash back very quickly and had zero issues.

9. I downloaded this because I use a lot of receipt cash back apps that work great, this one does not.

10. But now they look for a reason to not give you the rebates: have been told multiple times my item wasn't activated, the receipt was unclear, which are obviously untrue.

11. Uploaded my receipts but then it makes you scan the product, not one time would my product go through.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Coupons.com Issues

1. Fix Coupons.com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Coupons.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Coupons.com App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Coupons.com" » Open Coupons.com: Earn Cash Back » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Coupons.com » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Coupons.com: Earn Cash Back app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Coupons.com servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Coupons.com: Earn Cash Back" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Coupons.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Coupons.com might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Coupons.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Coupons.com then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Coupons.com not working


2. Fix Coupons.com Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Coupons.com be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Coupons.com not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Coupons.com may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Trying to sign in changed my password and still telling me that my number is being used in another account needed to find out to delete one of them if you can help please I have $6 on the one that I am using need to delete the other one hope you can help
