Why should I report an Issue with Air Quality: Real time AQI?

1. Developer? Any news? Are you in jail, maybe? ... The UI is no-frills, but the app (when working) provides plenty of detailed pollution and weather info and a handy widget showing your nearest live AQI using the US standard scale (not the local official number, which can be misleadingly low).

2. Brilliant i don't leave the house without it.Good app, like the home screen widget but is constantly wanting to be shut down for background data usage.

3. After 5 years of use I've grown too frustrated and will be switching to a different air quality app.Really great amount of data set out logically and well organized.

4. It regularly produces errors when updating the real time air quality, and the widget constantly is stuck on "loading".

5. However,the app doesnt function perfectly om full screen mode on my s9+, and its a bit difficult to understand all of the data for someone not aquainted with all of the terminology.

6. It also provides excellent realtime data on a range of local pollutants; and links back to a global map showing the same.

7. Mine hasn't been able to load new data since 11 May 12:00.

8. Suggest a setting that data can be limited to 6, 12, 24 hour blocks or refresh schedule.Used to be a 5star app.

9. Swipe right and left for more screens: map, forecast, nearest monitoring stations.Info seems accurate.

10. It's a real pity that the developer stopped maintaining this app, but I won't miss it because there are much better app choices out there.Unfortunately very poorly developed app.

11. And when zooming in, the labels for risd names, pkaces, etc., keep decreasing in size, so I can never read them.

1. Fix Air Quality Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Air Quality: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Air Quality App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Air Quality" » Open Air Quality: Real time AQI » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Air Quality » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Air Quality: Real time AQI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Air Quality servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Air Quality: Real time AQI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Air Quality app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Air Quality might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Air Quality. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Air Quality then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Air Quality not working

2. Fix Air Quality Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Air Quality be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Air Quality not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Air Quality may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
