Why should I report an Issue with iZurvive - Map for DayZ & Arma?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Innovaptor OG to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. There's no way to stop them from doing it, no way to find out WHO is doing it so they can get kicked, and no way to revert the map to any kind of save.Love this app without it I would've been lost so many times on as big of a map(s) as dayZ has as I've played over the years I'm getting to where I know my way around pretty good now but as I said as big as these maps are even after the years of experience I have I still need the map from time to time as to not get lost.

2. Also on chernerus a lot of the town names are extremely hard to find.I love being able to share map markers with friends, but there's no management for the groups, so you can't edit/invite anyone in/to the group.

3. Highly recommend this map to all new comers to the game simply spawn in find a road sign look it up and you now know where you are as long as you keep track good luck survivors!So i have used this map with the new update with in the past couple of months.

4. Needs more detail but pretty dang good for a free map.It's a great app, and the map is super useful.

5. I play on many servers and having multiple maps and turning them off and on was great.Maps good, not great.

6. Great for bypassing hotspots before you are looted up.Works great for planning raids/scouting missions, meetings, getting to know the map.

7. The widgets they give you are useful but if you happen to buy one of their widget packs, the map works much much better(no ads so battery won't get sucked down and crashes happen less).

8. I would give it a 5 star rating but I would like for it to show me areas loot tiers, fruit trees, and also the app has a problem with zooming all the way out if you switch to another app really quickly.

9. The markers are easy to customize by toggling on and off, so you can focus on what you need to look for (and to keep an eye on bear and wolf territory).

10. Highly recommend 👍Could definitely use a setting to give certain members of a group the ability to add or remove markers.

1. Fix iZurvive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart iZurvive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the iZurvive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iZurvive" » Open iZurvive - Map for DayZ & Arma » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iZurvive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear iZurvive - Map for DayZ & Arma app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iZurvive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iZurvive - Map for DayZ & Arma" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check iZurvive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iZurvive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall iZurvive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iZurvive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iZurvive not working

2. Fix iZurvive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iZurvive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iZurvive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iZurvive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
