1. Also, it would be nice if these big map files could be store on an external SD card, rather than the internal phone storage, as I am near the limit of my internal memory.Excellent alternative of google earth for opening kmz/kml files... It can open these files on many different maps layout such as google maps, open street maps etc.. Unlike google earth it also shows the directional arrow which is really helpful for moving to different waypoints.Good app for basic uses.
2. At least with my data I only get the point, name and description data with kml (it could be how I'm exporting it but it looks good in google earth desktop).
3. It is possible to display them in the form of a table, for example.Simple, yet powerful tool to help me work with maps on the go, without the need to port complicated full programs that I use at home.
4. It needs to improve the display of descriptive data for landmarks, especially those imported from KML files.
5. A button for resetting the map to face north and a simple window showing a bearing and a back-bearing is all I need Overall thanks for making this awesome app! It's good, but can be better.
6. Has almost everything one needs on a hike or trip, BUT 1, Please consider adding an automatic URL recognition in description field, so that one can jump to links with extra information.
7. The things I would improve: - the program should search locations in the city I'm currently at, and should show all found locations on a map - the program should have some basic compass functionalities.
8. Issues I have are: 1) In offline maps you cannot set colours, this makes it difficult to see roads.
9. Two things though .... when I downloaded a map, it would only download on my android phone using mobile data.
10. "MyTracks" has a "Rubber" do delete points, which works very well, but the app is not good.
11. I record my whole day track with one second interval and to edit those it's virtually impossible.
