Why should I report an Issue with R6S: Tactical Maps?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of ApexGamesoft to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. only things I could critique is to perhaps add the locations of the hostages/bombs/bio containers and to possibly add a version where we can see the maps in a more 3d way? maybe not so detailed as in the game, but so we can see a basic graphical setting of the area?Great idea with unfortunate execution The app concept is great as with it you could create strats on the go and then share them with your squad and test them later that day.

2. Also if you could zoom in and out by pinching, that would be a great quality of life improvement.As somebody trying to learn the maps and improve my callouts this is helping a lot.

3. Seems like a hassle to use the scroll bar as you'd have to fumble with it a little compared to the ease of pinch zoom.I thought this was based on the battleplanner online, where whole point is to map out operator positions, utility, reinforcements, etc.

4. Love the app/idea! There are a few small improvements that can be made very easily to make the experience 1000x better though! My suggestions would be as follows; add pinch to zoom and navigate, as the zoom slider is a bit clunky.

5. I sent an email w/more! ThxThe UI is a little awkward, and not being able to pinch and zoom is a downer.

7. Most importantly, please keep the app and maps up to date! This is a massive problem, as the theme park rework is not yet shown.

1. Fix R6S Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart R6S: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the R6S App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "R6S" » Open R6S: Tactical Maps » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for R6S » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear R6S: Tactical Maps app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from R6S servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "R6S: Tactical Maps" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check R6S app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, R6S might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall R6S. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall R6S then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing R6S not working

2. Fix R6S Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make R6S be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to R6S not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, R6S may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
