1. Please fix this as its annoying.I really love it! It makes it so much easier to make payments, view your documents, check your accounts, renew your loan, and the best part is that I can do it whenever I want! I don't have to miss work or waste my time off going into the office!If I could give a 0 I would and the APP is great but the customer service is very disrespectful and rude.

3. The app is worthlessDuring initial sign up, app says entering an email address is only optional, as is consenting to giving them free reign of my cell phone number for marketing practices, aka: robocalls.

4. Now my bank is at a negative balance and they've charged me $30 for it! Customer service is nonexistent, and people in store can't help either.

6. Cannot get past sign up page without consenting to this as well as providing my email address, which also gives them permission to SPAM me all they want.

1. Fix InstaLoan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart InstaLoan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the InstaLoan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InstaLoan" » Open InstaLoan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InstaLoan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear InstaLoan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InstaLoan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InstaLoan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check InstaLoan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InstaLoan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall InstaLoan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InstaLoan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InstaLoan not working

2. Fix InstaLoan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InstaLoan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InstaLoan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InstaLoan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
