So as I'm paying my monthly fees the pay amount doesn't go down.The app doesn't do anything except bring right back to the log in section after it tells you a network error message..the titlemax portion of the app is what doesn't load..this by far is the worst app ever.. please fix it so we people can log into our accounts.. thank you PS "network currently unavailable and accounts can't be displayed and some features won't work" that's the message I received ALL DAY FOR 3 DAYS AND COUNTING!! I CAN'T AND WON'T DO ANYTHING FINANCIAL UNTIL ITS FIXED..The app does not show accurate amounts due on a payment and gets the math completely wrong when you make a payment.

Like if you had a credit of $2500 but, only took out $1000 loan, and a couple of weeks later, something comes up and you need more money, since you still have a loan out, instead of going down to the place to redo paperwork and all that, just be able to borrow more through the app, and the option to have the funds sent by check through the mail, or direct deposited, sent to your cash app or PayPal account.This app works fine.

3. Then I paid another $14.70 which would have brought it down to $295 but instead it went down to $288.44. Fix the damn calculator in the app so it shows accurate payment due amounts.worst app ever!!! If you have more than one person on the account it is useless.

4. I've put in my payment information, do all the necessary things...and it wont take my money! And yes there's money in my account.

5. I do not wish to have to make a trip down to the Title Max Office everytime I need to make a payment.TITLE MAX is pretty decent place to do business with along side of the high interest rates and all.

6. Don't use this or this company worst customer service ever.Where is the option to check your loan balance and make payments? I literally can't find it anywhere in the app.

7. The app needs to be updated and bugs fixed because I can't make a payment and I don't have the time to drop by the location I got my loan from so the app was very convenient.

8. However, today I (very carefully) made a partial payment, about $60, which involves clicking on pay portion, then enter amount, then submit.

9. At one point it showed that I owed $588 so I paid $293 which should have brought it down to $295 owed but instead it showed $309.70 still due.

10. after submitting, it said "thank you" and pulled the entire balance from my account.

11. HOWEVER, in my case, the make a payment feature is useless junk.

1. Fix TitleMax Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TitleMax: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TitleMax App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TitleMax" » Open TitleMax » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TitleMax » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TitleMax app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TitleMax servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TitleMax" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TitleMax app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TitleMax might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TitleMax. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TitleMax then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TitleMax not working

2. Fix TitleMax Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TitleMax be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TitleMax not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TitleMax may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
