I ordered many times through the app but this last time when I checkout I can't delete items from the bag the edit button only allows to change the number of items but not delete the item even when it was sold outNot user friendly at all!! When you try to move forward after entering the shipping address , it seems you need to add another address but in reality you only need to select the address!!!The app itself is not bad, but you have removed many countries where you deliver the goods.
2. This is very dissapointing for such a big company to not have a working appVery disappointed! Have order a pair of shoes for eid and trusted the date of delivery given (Monday the day before Eid) on the same day I was supposed to receive it, it got cancelled from the store!Good experience for ordering but the returns information should be also available on your account in order to track itIt is imposible to ger attention.
3. And shouldn't you have worldwide delivery anyway?For Qatar it's not working now.
4. It's asking for email for 10% off but when you try to subscribe it says try another time.
5. I had to delete the app and I will reinstall to see if anything changes.
6. I'm from Norway and it's ridiculous that you don't have delivery in here and you did have it before.
7. It has bugs.
