1. Would be awesome if we could make mobile deposits, especially since the ATMs that would normally have been available to me are located in bldgs with limited to no access since COVID-19 has so many on lockdown.Simple and consistent - exactly what you want from a mobile app when you're on the go and want to do a quick transfer.App has basics but no mobile check deposits, no biometrics, and other commonplace features of a financial app in this day and age.

2. At what point do they implement mobile deposits or Zelle? Every other bank/credit union has been doing it for what 5 years now? Please catch up with the times.Easy to use, but would love to be able to do mobile deposits.

3. Update 8/4/22 - They have finally added mobile check deposit, so I have increased my rating to 5 stars.

4. When actually using the app on my phone, instructions say to add "account number" and "mobile deposit".

5. TDFCU is a great bank but the app needs an overhaulHorrible interface, lack of many features found in other bank and credit union apps.

6. However, the lack of mobile check deposit in 2018 is a serious let down.

7. Flyer sent with monthly statement says to add "For Romote Deposit" and add "member number".

8. I hv called 3 times no one calls me back.Pretty good, just wish it had the external account transfer feature.

9. IT'S WHY I gave the them low stars.Information on account is not available like old appt - can't get around in appt.

10. It's time TDFCU caught up with the times.Conflicting instructions.
