1. Finally tried the app and I can access my account, but I cannot transfer the funds from my card to bank account.

2. This is extremely frustrating when you need to know your balance and don't want to go through the entire phone system thing.Added my bank account to transfer funds and now I can't get the app to load to actually make the transfer.

3. Same goes for transferring the money from the card to my bank account.

4. Even though my bank account is saved to my account, nothing comes up when I select transfer from card to bank.

5. Can't remember password for websitr so I request a password recovery and nothing gets sent to my email.Easy to register and activate card initially.

6. I'll be able to use it once or twice before it goes to gray and won't work again unless I sign in through the website, which completely defeats the purpose of having an app.

7. The option for switching won't pop up even tho I linked the card to my account.

8. Because the website do not give you the same features as the app.Unfortunately, at every other attempted use the screen just goes white after logging in.

9. We know how long that takes 😒 3-5 days to approve the account and then could take that long to transfer the money.

1. Fix My ClinCard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My ClinCard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My ClinCard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My ClinCard" » Open My ClinCard® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My ClinCard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My ClinCard® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My ClinCard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My ClinCard®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My ClinCard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My ClinCard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My ClinCard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My ClinCard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My ClinCard not working

2. Fix My ClinCard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My ClinCard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My ClinCard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My ClinCard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
