1. One star rating until I can access my account again.I only rate this at MOST 3 stars because it has helped out in my ETH bag hodlings.. However, as of late it's been hard to finish tasks when they disappear from the "in progress" section of the app, this has already happened twice before, which thankfully were not in purchase tasks.

2. Reporting issues when you have completed a task and not received credits means you deal with an automatic email service that does not yield results, ever.

3. My main issue is that if you do any extra task for bonus bolts it doesn't credit so you have to email support which then takes forever to get back to you.

1. Restart StormX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the StormX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StormX" » Open StormX: Shop and Earn Crypto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StormX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear StormX: Shop and Earn Crypto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StormX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StormX: Shop and Earn Crypto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check StormX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StormX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall StormX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StormX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StormX not working

2. Fix StormX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StormX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to StormX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, StormX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
