Hubble Dashcam (MDC10W) Customer Insights

1. Please, fix the whole application!last post is in early January 2019 stating fix is being worked on, 5 months later and still no update... since it doesn't work at all with the newer Android OS, not worth picking up, and I'd stop for a penny!Strange at first NOW how to connect to cam Connect MDC,10E On your phone go to settings WI-FI Look for MDV10W tap on that You will be asked for MDV10W password put it in.

2. Once you got connection, you could able to use (without problems) the settings and the live view, the rest of the functionality need to be attended (like download/view video history), My recommendation for the app creator is, just put more attention in the connection process, is the key to keep all the users using your application.I bought this dash cam and since I bought i have not been able to connect to it through the app.

3. In case to have problem pressing the button "Connect to the dashboard" try pressing the wireless icon, for some reason (at least on my devices) the button is disabled on the rest of the area.

4. Kept giving me an error every time I tried connecting it to the WiFi and kept telling me the password was incorrect when I haven't even used it yet and it should have had the default password still.

5. Pointless and a waste of money.I Have found myself having the same problem as everyone else, crashing randomly when trying to connect, when downloading video etc.

6. Motorola needs to start making things in America again or they will lose a ton of customers (if they haven't already).Videos should be with icons for easy searching The time scale should be larger.

7. Connect using the WiFi Native assistant and just go to the app when the camera is connected from outside app.

8. This seems to be a poorly written app to be honest, and considering how the whole interface for the camera is through the app I find it surprising the developers are not giving this a high priority to fix.

9. It's a shame because the hardware and functionality is very goodTotally Agree with all 1 star comments, but, after to use >20 times, I found some tricks to prevent crash the application.

10. Connectivity problems every time when I started the app, also shows constant message "video_taking, can't_do_it".

11. The app does not open the first time, it must be started at least two or three times.
