1. Its still showing a media i havent had loaded for hours....i would like to be able to see more zoom on the analytics....Good for checking press performances in one placeFabulous 👌 for the Printing Operator.Raz, nobody cares that people use the app more than others.

2. Keeps saying username and password wrongCannot log in since the last update which is a bit disappointing since PrintOS is the only way how to find out what's happening in the press room when I'm not there.

1. Fix HP PrintOS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HP PrintOS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HP PrintOS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HP PrintOS" » Open HP PrintOS for PSP » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HP PrintOS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HP PrintOS for PSP app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HP PrintOS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HP PrintOS for PSP" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HP PrintOS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HP PrintOS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HP PrintOS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HP PrintOS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HP PrintOS not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HP PrintOS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
