1. Poorly quality, dress did not look the same as website images, sizing does not match size chart, you have to pay for shipping to return unsatisfactory items as well as a restocking fee.

4. Check JJ's House app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JJ's House might not work.
