1. please try to ensure customer's account security.After making a reservation and wasting my time on your app I was surprised with a call from your staff saying that we couldn't get the confirmation from the hotel !!!!!! Then why should I use your app again if you dont guarantee a reservation and why should I make a payment then you refund it...honestly a big waste of time and will no longer deal with your company and will not not recommend you at all !!!!The worst kind of customer service for change of travel date.

2. the most easiest and user friendly travel booking app!! great offers from Tajawal also enhance the user experience... although in the latest update I'm facing issues as the cheapest flight option is given wrong at the top.

3. Even the flight company said that i booked a ticket from a fraud agent and should get a refund but tajawal support never did anything other than saying that they will transfer my call to the appropriate department and i never got my refund.

4. My parents almost lost their 45 years old visa because tajawal did not care to inform me about the flight re schedule, because of tajawal i had to book another flight ticket for my parents which almost cost me an extra 1000 sar.

5. only on scrolling down the cheapest flight shows availableI had one of the worst hotel booking experience with tajawal.

6. If the first and last name is less than 26 characters you are good to goThe worst site to book an air ticket I booked a ticket on 6th April and it got canceled and I re-booked the ticket on 2nd August they told me to pay again service charges of 150Aed.

7. Tajawal send me an eticket with flight and PNR number along with their invoice and when I reached the airport, the PNR no turned out invalid.

8. After I have booked a specific room through the app which is a big room I was surprised at the hotel when they told me that the booking is for a smaller room.

9. I would never recommend this online flight booking site app to anybody.

1. Fix tajawal Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart tajawal: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the tajawal App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "tajawal" » Open tajawal: Flights, Hotels and Holidays » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for tajawal » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear tajawal: Flights, Hotels and Holidays app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from tajawal servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "tajawal: Flights, Hotels and Holidays" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check tajawal app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, tajawal might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall tajawal. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall tajawal then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing tajawal not working

2. Fix tajawal Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make tajawal be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
