1. When try to re register it says scan QR code but goes back to loading .. worthless piece of s**t..Camera ratio is distorted when taking picture of qr code so the code is not being recognized.

2. The device registration also allows the App/Mobile Device to serve as a second factor both when logging in through the app and when logging on elsewhere.One of the most horrible .. it works for few days and then it just keeps on loading .

3. EDIT: The QR code scanned successfully, the image is still however distorted for the user but it worked nonetheless.Does not work, I get an "SSL encryption error" and cannot use the application.Pathetic app.

1. Fix Bravura One Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bravura One: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bravura One App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bravura One" » Open Bravura One » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bravura One » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bravura One app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bravura One servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bravura One" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bravura One app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bravura One might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bravura One. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bravura One then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bravura One not working

2. Fix Bravura One Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bravura One be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bravura One not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bravura One may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
