I'm horrified to think any company would even recommend using an app that is so poorly designed or put their name on something like this.Needs a notification that let's you reciepts were uploaded successfully, and a description of any missing/incorrect information on reciepts.App won't allow login, won't allow password reset.
2. That took another 2 days which I called again cause I got an email saying my password was changed but they never told me what it is so I can change it.
3. Registration took 2 days cause it refused my email address.
4. Didn't bother to call for another "ticket".Very useful in tracking benefits paid.Horrible app... so many validation issues.
5. Called customer service, who could not reset my account either.
6. I shouldn't have to input all of the providers information! What a pain!So far, I haven't been able to navigate/use the app.
7. Website access to my account seems better anyway, since I still use a computer for account management.
8. I look forward to using it (eventually) and then will assess and update my rating and review as necessary.Have this due to needing to submit receipts for my FSA.
9. After it finally accepted my email address and I logged out it wouldnt let me log in after 10 days.
10. I'm still waiting!!!I can't respond to how well the app works... because it wouldn't let me finish the set up... got all the way to the end and then got a validation saying "Not Authorized".
11. Now I have to go back to scanning them on my printer and manually uploading them on the website.I was not able to register.
